Arizona’s House passed two Bitcoin reserve bills

Arizona’s House passed two Bitcoin reserve bills, SB 1025 and SB 1373, which now await Governor Katie Hobbs’ signature.

The legislation would allow the state treasurer and retirement systems to invest up to 10% of funds into Bitcoin and other digital assets, with the creation of a Digital Assets Strategic Reserve Fund.
