Binance, final approval of GOPAX acquisition

Korea’s Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) approved the change in GOPAX’s management, finalizing Binance’s acquisition of a 67% stake. Binance is returning to the Korean market a little over two years after its 2021 withdrawal.
